David W. Albright is located in Dallas, Texas, bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate lending and investment experience to his clients. He focuses primarily on Texas and the Southwest Region but utilizes his vast experience in California and elsewhere to provide financing throughout the company's territory. Through his relationships, David works not only with borrowers, but brokers, lenders and consultants that have vested financial interests in maximizing their leverage for long terms at historical low rates. David opened the Texas office in 2011. Mr. Albright's previous positions included: Vice President, Senior Lender at Union Bank, Vice President, Structured Finance with Arbor Commercial Mortgage originating mezzanine loans, bridge loans and structured transactions nationally; Lend Lease/AMRESCO as Vice President Structured Finance, originating mezzanine and high-leverage loans; Ocwen Financial as Director of Underwriting for its REIT; 15 years with Equitable Real Estate, as Vice President of Acquisitions, Sales and Mortgages. David's career has provided him the opportunity to live and develop business in locations such as Dallas, West Palm Beach, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Orlando and Rochester. David is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Business Management and Applied Economics. |
